Fully interchange Modules

The modules are fully inter changeable for all identical units. It is also possible to reconfigure the panel by changing the module from quarter to half to full size at site. Modules can thus be replaced quickly reducing maintenance downtime.

Silver Plated Drawout Contacts

All the drawout power , control and earthing contacts are of silver plated copper, they offer high resistance to abrasion, lower MV drop, leading to lower wear and tear and longer life of the contacts.

Module Design

Modules in the motor control center are flexible and compact, optimized for different ratings.

• Module size: Module size ranges from 150 mm to 1200 mm in steps of 50 mm
• 150 mm module can accommodate : switch fuse feeder up to 35 A and DOL starters up to 5.5KW

Variety of drawout modules :

• DOL Starter up to 200 KW
• SFU / MCCB up to 630 A

Facility for Padlocking / Interlocking

• Drawout module can be padlocked in service and test positions. Padlocking and door interlocking for SFU / MCCB are also available

Safety Shutters

Springs loaded safety shutters block access to male power contact when the module is withdrawn from service position.

Spring Loaded Earth System

Operator’s safety is insured by:

• Distinct vertical earth busbar of full length of each panel front
• Silver plated scrapping earth contact on each drawout module of ‘make first’ and ;Break-last’ type
• All doors are individually earthed by copper braided wires.
